07/09/23 super satisfied with my experience. called the florist at 5pm and asked if this design could be done for same day collection and she did it within 30 minutes, and i managed to collect the flowers at 5.40pm. very professional & i am so so satisfied with how this bouquet turned out 🥰🥰 didn’t have time to catch her name (she was a chinese lady with long hair) as i was in a rush but kudos to her excellent service 🥹 (as it was quite busy at that point of time) thank you once again!

I absolutely love this flower bouquet for my sister's graduation day. Big thanks to the florist who did this bouquet for me and was very patient with me during the process of deciding what flowers she will be using and what it will look like. She did a very good job , would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.💖💖 …

Worst customer service experience. The staff is so unhelpful & rude. Keep frowning while u are asking if she’s able to assist with customisation. Don’t bother wasting ur time getting anything here

needed flowers on a busy Mother's day and most florists had stopped accepting same day deliveries for Mother's day. Thank goodness I found Simply Flowers who accommodated my last minute request!!! <3 She was patient and nice about it too. the flowers were very pretty! my mum was satisfied. :)) thank you sooooo much!!

Recently I order a bridal bouquet with them for my daughter ROM with my choices of flowers theme etc... The finish product I received is really more then what I have expected, its come out very beautifully done. My daughter really like it a lot. Thank you so much.

Unhelpful staff. Came here because I wanted to get quick flowers as a gift, the recipient's favourite flower is poppies which I found were not allowed in SG which is fine. after I asked if there was anything even visually similar the florist just kept saying don't have any didn't even want to help me with any suggestions. Worst florist experience - she definitely was more interested in tending to the customers looking at jellycats 🤷🏻‍♂️ Don't recommend this florist at all. I got some simple flowers from DONKI upstairs instead. :)

Was at the florist on 19/3 at around 5pm today. Got a bouquet of hydrangeas. The friendly lady (didnt get her name) was helpful and kind! Just wanted to say a Big Thank You to her. She gave us detailed instructions on how to care for them flowers. Great place for bouquets and Jellycats plushies too!

DO NOT PATRONISE UNLESS YOU WANT BAD SERVICE ATTITUDE AND EXTREMELY EXORBITANT PRICES. Had no choice but to go there to buy a graduation bouquet for a friend. But I had the worst experience ever. They don’t care about anything but money! First, I asked her if the flowers were $22. She remarked rudely and stared at me and replied that the “flower is $22”. Notice the grammar because it would come back to bite me at the cashier when she said that the total price amounted to $30. Secondly, I asked if I could choose the colour of the wrapper. She said she’ll give me a silver wrapper and I asked if I could see it, she didn’t let me. While she was wrapping, she handed me a card to write. I wrote on it and went to check out the wrapping. She was wrapping with DULL GREY PAPER instead and hence I asked if they had others ( I already told them to show it to me before hand) her daughter remarked that SILVER COLOUR WAS JUST LIKE THAT EVERYWHERE AND THEY CLDNT CHANGE IT COS THEY HAD ALR CRUMPLED IT. When she took my handwritten card from my hand, she ran her wet fingers on the wet ink and my whole card was SMUDGED.... Worst experience ever. Ruined my day.
