My favourite store! Very pleasant atmosphere, nice staff. Ai Theng was very helpful and sweet.

Was served (or rather no service at all) by a Chinese lady. She was quite aloof, I tried to smile at her a few times but she looked like she rather be elsewhere than at work and looked at me blankly. Wanted to use a bank voucher and needed staff to provide me with the code. This staff snatched my phone from my hand and keyed in the number. Rituals seems like quite an atas brand but the service of the staff still needs some improvement 😉

Was served by a Malay lady , she very sweet & friendly help me out with finding gifts love how she sprays perfume on my bag ! Staff there are all very nice and sweet will definitely come back again!

Just found out this brand and their products are in reasonable price and smells good. Only problem is their terrible sales keep replying to me in Chinese with cold face, although I looks like Chinese but I’m not and here’s multiracial country not just Chinese…

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Rituals at Jem. The sales staff maintained a close distance without offering assistance. When I inquired about the difference between the shower oil and body oil, the response was brief and given in Chinese, which I found unhelpful.
