The lady staff there is really cold and not helpful. I have been a regular customer of this brand but the serious quality issue recently and staff attitude have made me give up this brand. Watch out ladies.it is comfortable but you may face quality issue after wearing it only once or twice

Bought Alexa flats (Ivory) earlier this year and it was comfortable for everyday wear. However the (metallic?) ribbon at the front started to rust and stain the shoes - not recommended to get this design.

Comfy shoes at affordable price … staffs were proactive and attentive too! I really hate wearing covered shoes as it never failed to give me blisters and cuts. Was trying my luck getting the 4th pair of covered shoes for work (within a month), walked in to prettyFIT and gotten the first pair of covered shoes from there … to my surprise, it was so comfortable and I did not get any blisters or cut at all! I’m a loyal fan ever since 🤣👍🏻

My 2nd time back to this Pretty Fit shop at Jem to look for the same pair that I have bought as it was nice and comfortable. Again, I was served by Ms Vivian. She is cheerful and serves with passion. Because of her service, i bought 2 pairs instead of my intention of one pair only. And she offered to change my 2nd pair of shoe laces that make the shoes so pretty for me. I am so pleased. I hope to see her again and again and again... keep it up, Vivian. 💪💪💪
