Just now went to Pedro Jem outlet ,I'm pedro member~this is my first time visit at Jem outlet. All staff service was bad,buying mood suddenly don't have! This time experience was Super Bad and terrible!!! Never come again!!!

I bought a pair of shoes and found it faulty. Didn want to exchange. Refused to refund me at pedro Jem when it was clearly stated in receipt that I can refund if shoes are faulty
