Peak hour service only 1 counter service open for non-premier banking with so many queue and slow process it takes more than 1 hour even when the queue only 3-4. I dont know the bank service in Singapore is so bad like this, is there anyone know which bank has good service? This is wasting my time so much

Professional , helpful and polite staff. I took a ticket of 2012 at 11am. It took me 1 hour to reach the counter. There are 6 counters for counter services but only 3 were operating. It seems that arrangement of manpower could be improved.

Horrible service . The lady at the counter very unfriendly. Despite no one in queue, refused to give me a 1 minute advise on how to access specific online function and insisted me to take a queue number. Actually that's the reason for her existence yet she don't want to just give a 1 minute advise

Went there to change my passport number and have been waiting for 50 minutes. Still can’t reach my turn…. In other banks it can be done through mobile apps.

6 counter only 2 staff working . All the customer have to find seat and sleep ! Best part is corporate customer like myself who have to pay monthly fee for their service have to wait so long to be serve. More then half an hour no a single corporate no. was called . OCBC service is getting worst

Waited 2 hours for nothing ! How can the tellers serving customers leave their counters at the same time. Only 10numbers called during the 2 hours! Do I need to wait for another 2 hours for my turn! Decided to leave the bank!

I like to sound out Service Ambassador Angie for her patience and dedication in helping me to accelerate my cc application. Without her help in liaising across OCBC department,my application will be stuck in a limbo without any clear instructions. As a premiere banking customer,I am disappointed greatly by the service rendered by my RM and premier hotline customer agent who seems to be clueless or just can't be bothered to own the issues that I was facing. I will be planning to swap out my RM in the near future The saving grace is having dedicated staff like Angie that ensure customer are well taken care of

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional support and professionalism demonstrated by OCBC during a recent incident involving my account. Last week, my account was targeted by a scam, but thanks to the robust security measures of your bank’s firewall, no money was lost. I truly appreciate the swift action taken to freeze my account immediately, ensuring that no unauthorized transactions could take place. Additionally, the prompt coordination with the authorities to file a police report provided me with great reassurance during a stressful time. I would especially like to commend the customer officer at the entrance of the branch office for her efficiency and dedication in resolving the matter. She quickly replaced my credit card, reset my password, and reactivated my account, ensuring minimal disruption to my banking experience. This incident has reinforced my trust in your bank’s commitment to safeguarding customers and providing excellent service. Thank you once again for your outstanding efforts.

No clear notices of where to q for what. Outside staff not helpful and not very polite. I was there to exchange new notes for 60 and above. A few points below for those using this service : 1) Q at the correct q and in the correct direction 2) Go early. There is a limit to this exchange. 3) Prepare your cash as this exchange is for cash only. They will not use your debit card to deduct from your account. 4) Be prepared to q standing for the counter service to exchange new notes. (We are 60 years old and above, would it be so difficult to come up with a system so that we have a seat while waiting?)

7/11/23, 2pm The cust service at front entrance very helpful. But cust service at the counter SUPER SLOW. There’s 6 counters here but only 2 open. Almost 20min waiting but the number not even move at all..
