Food was nice. Service crew also nice but not the lady cashier today. Her attitude felt rude and unprofessional — no smiles, no “thank you,” nothing. Silent mode on. Services lack of courtesy completely ruined the experience for me. I hope management takes this seriously and trains her to treat customers with more respect. Some more I believe she is in higher position.

A wide variety of Malaysian Singaporean cuisine that I personally enjoy when I had my first dine-in experience at this restaurant. The staff are very attentive and the food is ready within a few minutes after ordering. I tried out the Malay Fried Noodles, Sambal clams, portugese egg tarts and Lemon Lime Drink for dinner. - Tried the Portugese egg tarts first - Portugese egg tart was larger than the ones i tried before - Taste wise it is slightly above average since I love the creamy part but didnt really taste the sugary part out - Malay noodles was the best! - Portion was decent and the ingredients was absolutely amazing, with generous prawn and fried noodles portion! - Sambal clams was well cooked with a decent portion and taste great! - Lemon Lime Drink tastes more of lime than lemon as the lemon taste settles at the bottom and requires much stirring to enjoy the drink - The drink is of fair sweetness (not so sweet and definitely not bland) Bonus - 2 free Portugese egg tarts (my favourite yayyyy) on my first dine-in Love the overall vibes in this outlet! Will recommend to all who loves local and Malaysian dishes!

Been there Saturday afternoon tea time. Ordered carrot cake which is Must Try! Very yummy each bite! Not so cheap though. Tea and coffee are strong. Good service. Egg tart is standard.

Food tasted average, dried Mee Siam too salty but curry chicken was nice. Penang Fried Kway Teow also quite normal. They missed my order for Penang Fried Kway Teow. Waited for over 30mins for it. The staffs were quite fast to act on it when I told them about the missed order. Prepared to q and wait for food during peak hours.

Just visited Nan Yang Dao at JEM! Love the authentic Nanyang flavours! Tried the special Li Nanxing collab dishes, and the hae bee hiam XO Char Kway Teow and fried bee hoon with tiger prawns were super tasty. The handmade KL Pan Mee and Sarawak Kolo Mee are must-tries too. The nasi lemak ayam goreng berempah was crispy and fragrant, and the mee siam with curry chicken was my favourite! Finished off with some refreshing chendol. Good food, nice portions, and friendly staff. Will definitely come back!

Food is not too bad, however, the Kang kung is bad, the plate is filled with chilli oil n the service staff insist its water. And claims that this is inherent in Kang Kung. Very bad, don’t order this dish from this chain if this is the case

I would like to commend Manager Jia Hui at Nan Yang Dao (JEM) for her excellent service. Food orders are always prompt, and she consistently carries herself in a professional and courteous manner. I appreciate that she listens to feedback and takes immediate action to improve the dining experience. Because of her dedication and warm service, I will definitely continue visiting Nan Yang Dao at JEM. Highly recommended!

Pleasantly surprised by the variety, bold flavours, and affordable pricing. Tried the special collab dishes with Li Nanxing’s hae bee hiam — both the XO Char Kway Teow with Double Egg and Fried Bee Hoon with Tiger Prawns were full of flavour and wok hei. Other highlights included the KL Pan Mee (Original), Nasi Lemak with Spiced Fried Chicken, Mee Siam with Curry Chicken, and a refreshing Chendol. Drinks-wise, the Coconut Coffee was smooth and aromatic with a hint of coconut, and the Flower Tea was light and calming — both highly recommended. Great spot for Malaysian-style comfort food that’s tasty, generous in portion, and reasonably priced. Will definitely return!
