Bad customer service that the staff on 6jul don't even bother to smile and assist customer to fitting room.

Thank you so much to the staff by the name of Ivy at the JEM branch for helping me to steam the clothes on the spot as I needed it urgently on the day.

It’s stated very clearly that each customer can bring in max 4 pieces of clothings to try at the fitting room. But the staffs allowed the customers to come out and get a few more pieces to try on top of the 4, they already took in. When there’s actually a queue outside the fitting room. What’s e point of saying that max 4 pieces are allowed?

Staff turned me off so bad, I walked away without purchasing- visited 22 Dec 5pm. Asked for help in the dressing room to switch sizes and staff said “sorry you’ve to re-queue” though I didnt see anyone in the “queue” but she insisted “oh she (the customer apparently in the queue) is shopping around”. 1) How could you allow preferential treatment for some customers to not queue physically? For the record, I (and the lady before me) stood there in line for our turn. I cannot imagine everybody in an “invisible” queue- wouldn’t that be a mess for such a small store? 2) max pieces per fitting =4. I had less than 4 pieces so it doesn’t make sense at all that she refused to let me switch sizes for 1 piece. Never coming back again. For a brand which started out online, a physical presence is supposed to strengthen your brand, unfortunately in this case it was value destroying.

Pasar malam auntie has better customer service. Bad customer service. Seem like the bad reviews here are true. Just experience the staffs customer service. Not sure she's the owner or branch manager (she seem a bit senior) here, she do has a bad attitude. My wife was queuing for the fitting room but she had just crossed over the stop line just to take a look whether any available empty room but the "owner/manager" had shouted at her in a bad tone. Really disappointed. I had decided not to purchase anything here. You may want to skip this place if customer service is important to you. To the owner: Do educate your staffs, customer service do makes a big different!!
