the malay staff that worked on the 18/10 @1145am was super rude and has ZERO customer service skills. like machiam i owe her a living for her to take my order. if u dont like your job then quit !! liho management pls look into it. please screen your hiring process. have some QC checks

Had a great experience with this outlet. Serving of drinks was prompt and the staff who handled my drinks was very smiley and cheerful. Her name is Jolene (not sure if I spelled it correctly) but kudos to this outlet!

The counter staff was very rude. His tone and approach sounds so wrong. We were trying to ask if the sweetness will be too sweet and he just said then 0%. The way he talks is like he is very unhappy and not helpful at all.

What is the purpose of the purchasing cloud drink without the “cloud”? Staff did not mention that there is no cloud before payment or even after. I only realised it when I tried the drink at home and realised there is no cloud. Very bad service. Please look into it. Not once that I faced issue with this branch already. Got once there was stone/pebble in the drink. The hygiene calls for a concern. Definitely not going back again.

The trio working on 30th sep evening, playing around and leaving orders to sit while customers were waiting for their drinks. I saw my drink melting away for 10min before she packed them, choosing to talk and laugh with her colleagues, and prioritise folding cardboard boxes instead at peak timing.
