This malay lady elrefuse to taoe ky order, insist that i have to order thru app. I told her i didnt have the app but she turn away. The the chinese lady took over to taoe my order at the cashier.

Horrible service receieved today at JEM outlet. Granted she is probably busy and can't cope and hope that a customer helps her out. Ask nicely, not throw things around and tell custom to DIY. I packed everything myself and had to ask for bag, cardboard base, receipt. And for the receipt part, she told me "throw already" before even looking for it. She eventually started looking and found it behind the counter. For all the time she took to pass me the few items that I requested for, she would have gotten it done faster if she bothered to pack. Maybe I have been pampered by LiHO for so long, never ever have I encountered someone throw me 2 cups and told me "that's it"! Updates - Thick Taro Matcha Latte doesn't look like matcha and doesn't taste like matcha.

Pls show the full menu on one of the TV The strawberry is abit sour, matcha taste not so strong Personally prefer softer pearl Pls wipe the cup after sealing? The outer part of the cup have strawberry jam so it's abit sticky

Honestly I don’t get the negative reviews about this LiHO branch like it was ok for me when I went here today? But maybe they changed the staff today so didn’t have the same negative experience as many patrons here have said Service is normal, bubble tea is the usual nice LiHO bubble tea, can tell they use quality tea leaves when I asked for 0% sweetness (it was slightly bitter but fragrant) I like the pearls here the best out of any other bubble tea brand It definitely took a while but we ordered bubble tea for 4 people and the wait wasn’t that long (around 5 min) so it’s quite reasonable When I last went here in September I had the same experience Edit: they gave student discount even tho it was a weekend and we weren’t wearing school uniform thanks gais 😅

One of my favourite bubble tea choices when visiting Sg. Staff member gave good recommendations and had knowledge of the menu. Cute straw decoration as a free gift!

I had a good experience buying from Liho today, thanks to Jom, the cashier. She was very spontaneous with telling me about the student’s discount. Will definitely come back again!

I saw so many people complaining about how bad the staff service is but seems like the company didn’t really bother about the rating. The staff attitude really sucks and not willing to serve customers at all. Ask them question they reluctantly replied and if help is needed they tell u they’re busy. When I place order it stated there’s a free keychain to be given but I wasn’t told that the gift is not available until I asked about it , she then unwilling replied is out of stock . I wonder how their business going to sustain with this kinda staff handling the stall, not 1 but 3 staffs. I won’t be patronising this outlet anymore and I’m sure many people won’t too

The drinks were ok. Normal to me. Service quite slow though there were only 2 customers. Staffs were focused more on delivery orders than walk-in orders. Tea eggs were not nice. Like normal hard boiled eggs which my kids can also do. 🙄 …
