Before leaving negative reviews, it’s good for us to pause and reflect on our own behaviour and attitude towards the sales personnel. When we point one finger at them, three are pointing back at ourselves. The golden rule still applies: treat others the way we would like to be treated. I would like to sincerely thank Ms Keh Huang for her excellent service and patience. I purchased a MacBook Air 15" (higher spec) from her, and she also thoughtfully recommended a screen cover, notebook protector, and other useful accessories. Knowing that I was a first-time MacBook user, she kindly helped me set up the device, connected it with my iPad and mouse, and even showed me simple tips like how to close an open app. I’m truly grateful for her help. Keep up the great work, Ms Keh Huang!

11st Sept Today at 12:00pm, the sales staff wearing spec “lady”int the store was extremely rude. When we enquired about the Apple Watch, she brushed us off in a very dismissive and unprofessional tone. Is this the standard of service nowsday from Apple ?

4 stars for the experience as I mentioned I wanted a Magic Keyboard but the sales lady showed me everything but the keyboard I want. I thought I remembered wrongly so I compromised with the wrong one. Later I found out what I want online and I returned to the shop (within15 mins after the purchase). They wanted me to top up initially but Sunny Hui is willing to void the wrong one for me and in the end I do not need to add on for my purchase. 5 stars for his service and professionalism. Pleasant experience overall :)

I visited iStudio at JEM on 27 Jun around 7pm and had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees. The woman with nose ring was incredibly rude, dismissive, and arrogant when I asked for assistance. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and made me feel unwelcome. Customer service should be a priority, but her attitude was completely unprofessional. Because of this interaction, I won’t be shopping here again and would caution others to expect poor treatment.

My 2nd visit after yesterday when I went there to buy a logitec iPad air pro cover cum keyboard and a mouse. Ms Peck Sian was nice to take out the set for me to take a look and explain to me the advantages and also to try out the mouse she is using, it maybe costly though but I believe in paying for good quality products. Today, I went back to look for her for pencil for ipad and also a traveller charger. I trust her recommendation. Happy with my purchases. Thank you P.S. for your excellent service. Others out there do not demonstrate or let you test that I have regretted after buying as it does not work well and waste of money. Want to buy accessories, must get it from iStudio for better quality products. Ultimately it is worth paying more for quality.

Super bad service and rude staff that is unwillingly to serve, seems like your staff is not happy working there then i suggest you should consider change your employee. Or else educate your staff. Don’t give us attitude like we customers owe you anything. It looks like there are so many other bad reviews about the staff, so aren't you going to do something about it?

Surprising what kind of attitude the employee provides. I don’t expect smile or courtesy but her voice is way too loud, when I make enquiry she stare at me and reply rudely.

If possible would give 0 star for the service. Was there to enquire about the price difference at other branch, but was treated rudely.The staff was so lazy to check the price when we asked for the exact amount and response us with ‘it is the same as the one you see”. When we asked about the price for a different model, she replied with the same answer. Please don’t work if you’re lazy. Terrible service.

Very poor service by the sales staff who sold us the iphone 16 pro. We wanted to get the black version for iphone 16 pro and the sales lady told us it was not available. Instead she offered desert color. After after my friend told her he did not want any others colors then she went to the storeroom to bring out a black iphone 16 pro 256 GB. So it seems that she knows she has the black color. She was keen to sell us the package which comprised of the tempered glass, the casing and the charger but we told her we did not need any. I wanted to use my lendlease voucher which amounted to $70 but it did not manage to go through and I did not know why. She did not offer help to check on how to use the vouchers. Throughout the whole transaction she was not friendly and service oriented. She looks relieved that my friend did not want to waste her time and told her it is fine not to use the vouchers. Prior to buying from this lady, the earlier service staff also did not appear to be service oriented. We went to check out why our lend-lease vouchers could not be redeemed and was told by the customer service at lendlease that the Istudio service staff could have called for help to assist in the redemption of the voucher. However the staff at istudio did not call for help at all. I have witnessed my vouchers being used various times at different shops and also had very good service from Don Don Donki staff when I only need to redeem a smaller amount. However our experience at istudio did not make us feel that we were customers but that we are doing them a favour by buying their products. Very disappointing experience and for an expensive product as well!! I hope the management can train the staff to handle customers in a more friendly and helpful manner.
