Very bad service i encounter today. Went to get an iphone today and didn’t know there’s 11+% discount, confirm with the auntie sales women that i wanted that phone then she tried to sell us the charger but we rejected both the charger she recommend(she introduce 1 and we say its ok and then she introduce another one). Next, while paying she ask if we want to add-on $185 for the 2nd year warranty and we said no. Upon paying, she told us there’s discount so she used the calculator to press and say discount comes with the 2nd year warranty and $0.30 discount, so i say ok then proceed with the payment. After that, i went home and was seeing the website then i realise that the phone itself have 11+% discount AND DONT EVEN NEED TO BUY THE 2ND YEAR WARRANTY!! The auntie just anyhow add-on the $185 for me and didn’t even tell me anything???? I wouldnt have know about this if i didnt check their online website that the phone is on discount itself!!!! Just because she want her sales to be high and she wasted my $185????? I don’t even want to add-on $ for this 2nd year warranty…….

All the indifferent staff, we want to buy watches. There are no customers in the store. They are chatting and not even looking at us. Don't patronize this indifferent store.

Extremely poor service. It was my third time visiting this outlet in JEM. No acknowledgement of customers from Staff. Signage just at the entrance of the store says maximum 10 people in the store including staff, however no one was ensuring it. As I was waiting outside to enter, many walked in & out of the store adding to the numbers, reaching 14! And yet staff did nothing. Disappointed.

I had a great experience with one of their staff Zheng Neng (ZN). I was interested in buying the latest Apple AirPods Pro and he saved me tons of money with an even better recommendation. Legit!

His service is consistently exceeding my expectations. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and even allow me to try on using his apple watch to ensure the watch strap fits my wrist..thank you again Sunny!!
