Staff are friendly and courteous. Products are reasonably priced and of good quality. The Jem outlet that I went to is bright ,clean and neat. It makes me feel comfortable.

This is my favorite Innisfree branch. The service is excellent. Staffs are very attentive, patient, helpful and knowledgeable in skin care products. Overall experience is very welcoming and positive. So far the products that they recommended are suitable and beneficial for me. Highly recommend Innisfree at JEM.

Yes, Jem Mall is easy to access to Westgate Mall, Jurong East Mrt Stn., Jurong East Bus interchange and also connected to Ng Teng Fong Hospital, and either to NTUC Learning Hub building and to IMM Mall building too without walking on the ground level safety from traffic and raining time because all these are connection together with 'J-Walk' link bridges across each other on the second storey level

Very accomodating and helpful staff, had a minor dispute with the mall management's policies and they resolved it professionally and promptly. Good job!
