First time here by friend’s recommendation. Was served by Hui hui and she’s professional, friendly, knowledgeable and no hard selling. Very good experience! Look forward to try their products later!

First time shopping with innisfree. The retinol green tea PDRN ampoule caught my attention and decided to find out more from the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much and happy 2025!

Unfortunately service in this store is a little like Russian roulette. While last visit was great, today's staff was totally unhelpful to say the least. The store only had like 1 other customer and no one attended to me at all, too busy chatting amongst themselves. Took my hunt for concealer to Shiseido instead. Probably never coming back ever.

Spent over $50 this evening and yet my items were put inside a small brown paper bag, when asked for a carrier, easy for me to carry with handle, the cashier handed to me reluctantly, saying is a big paper bag when in fact was just a small green Innisfree green paper bag, she took all my items out and transferred into it without a smile.

Shoutout to Lyly for helping me in selecting suitable products for facial care and make up as well. Lyly did not judge or laugh because of my lack of knowledge, she explained almost all the products to me that Innisfree has to offer passionately. Her eagerness to help lost customer like me touched me alot. Need more kind souls like her. Hope Innisfree mgnt can reward her for the effort, the sharing session took 1 hour and I spent $220.

I was skeptical stepping in initially because I heard how hard beauty stores hard sell every product they have. I was so wrong today- they did not hard sell, instead, they taught me how to use the product and tell me what is worth buying and what not. I recommend this store at JEM - they are just above the rest.
