I love IKEA high quality, functional and well designed products. Shop mostly in their Alexandra main store but since there is one here in JEM which near my home, I give it a try to check it out. Although it's much smaller in size, most essential items are available here. It pretty well design and quite easy to browse the items through the walkway taking me from floor to floor. I got what I was looking for so that's good.

Improve on the service, servers, attitude and service. No staff actually smiles to u, and especially the sausage bun and ice cream counter, just doesn’t give you a greet. When you change the token she just leave the cone and token there and starts serving another person. I think they are pretty rude.

Love window shopping at IKEA, casually walking through 3 levels.
Sofa section is always seated with people 😂
The restaurant is always full whenever I visit, difficult to find seats.
The 50 cents ice cream is so worth, taste like Mr. Bean soy ice cream. Paid at cashier, get the IKEA coin, slot into the ice cream machine, tada, enjoy!

Stopped by IKEA to try their pork chop promotion—just $5 with French fries. With a deal like this, it’s no surprise it attracts plenty of customers. The pork chop was well-fried, with crispy skin that gave a nice crunch with each bite. The meat itself was decent, not too dry. (3.5/5)
The promotion runs until 14 September—hopefully, IKEA will continue offering more great deals for customers to enjoy.
I also added on a few sides: the blueberry cheese pie (4/5), two spring rolls (3/5)—though the texture was a little odd, possibly because they used cabbage as the main filling—and garlic bread (3/5), which was a bit dry and cold.
And don’t forget—bring your IKEA card (or sign up for one) to enjoy free coffee. Cheers!

I had the best experience working with Xavier from the Kitchen Department. Every step of the way, he was patient and meticulous. He even came to my home on his off day, to check out all the measurements after the measurement guy already came “just to make sure” everything was perfect. So now the kitchen is done with minimum fuss at my end. Thank you Xavier for your professionalism , meticulous attention to details and excellent customer service! 🙏🏻

Extremely bad attitude from the staff whom we tried to inquire if possible do the customisation to the cabinets that we are interested in, like can we customise to add legs.
First when we tried to get her attention, we are already faced with a cold attitude when we asked ‘are you able to help us with some queries on the cabinets?’ She just gave a cold nod without replying us. We probably should have asked in english then maybe we could get a warmer reply. While she came over to the cabinets to reply to our queries, i felt like a beggar trying to get free gifts out of her. Thorughout the whole time, she gave a very cold face like she was forced to talk to us. Have always had pleasant experience at Ikea but this time is just BAD.

Extremely disappointed with IKEA’s service. I ordered a TV bench, but they sent the wrong items – the colour and size were completely different from what I saw in the showroom and couldn’t even be installed properly. I’ve contacted them more than 10 times through email, phone, and WhatsApp. Each time, I was told it would take 2–3 working days to respond, but it’s been over two months and I still haven’t received any proper resolution. The after-sales service is terribly slow or sometimes completely unresponsive. I expected better from IKEA – would not recommend based on this experience.
