Appreciate how flexible the return policy is. I purchased a product from another store (Tampines) but I was allowed to make my return here. I even used my Ikea family points for this purchase and they were able to refund that amount in terms of store credits.

Relatively smaller ikea here but still excellent food quality in their restaurant. Ordered the salmon fillet with couscous, and the bolognese spaghetti set meal (comes with mushroom soup and garlic bread). Always get the meatballs here, i got 12 pieces this time and very tasty. The meatballs paired with brown sauce, mashed potato, and jam go perfectly together. Lastly, got a cold drink cup which is refillable with any drink you choose. Tables are usually crowded depending on what time you go, we went at 6+pm and there were still a few tables available.

If i can give a 0 star rating i would have given to this outlet. Ikea needs to stop doing this stupid stock management of paying at jurong, pick up at trade hub21. This is 2 bus stop away and who is going to reimburse for additional transportation cost and travel time? Worst of all your website does not state that some stocks are only avail at tradehub. This is pure waste of customer time and really dumb.

Can't find anyone in kitchen section for enquiry, big sales office there but empty, the counter also same. Ask the girl next section near the kitchen display , she said she is not from kitchen section, and not welcoming, cold and she more focus on her phone. I just wonder IKEA standard, do your services standard allowing your staff to play the phone on selling floor.
