The quality of H&M apparel is of poor quality. Bought a pair of Jeans from them in April 2024, and just over 1 year later, there are multiple holes. Bought a long sleeve shirt from them as well, but the material is very thin and barely provides any heat protection.
To me the low price tag is not worth it for the terrible quality. Don’t patronise from such fast fashion brands that exploit cheap labour and the environment, yet produce such low quality products.

rude rude rude. very rude staff. when asked for the "small'" size pants and different colour , the staff (I think maybe student?) was only on her phone and she asked, WHAT? girl, you are in service industry , and if you cannot work, don't like to work and pls do not spoil our shopping mood. I don not think I' m a difficult customer. I only asked because I cannot find the size and colour or maybe, if you do not have the colour, at least let me know.. H&M pls hire staff who are customer-focused or send for proper trainings. in the end, forget it,.. I left the shop because there is no point I support you all. I can go to other shops where the staff will respect one another.

Staff has very poor attitude, face black as charcoal and did not even bother to reply a courtesy 'thank you' upon purchase. Separately, mountains of clothes was piling up at the fitting room area too despite it being off peak, and the floor was filthy with lots of dust balls and customer hair. Guess their management is too relaxed with the standards of their staff.

Very rude and lazy staff with lots of attitude. They look like they hate their jobs, i asked if there are any pieces since online states available the staff just went 'All is out there' without bother checking the system. Can the management retrain their staff on service lol its atrocious to be a paying customer and to take their staff attitude.

I went to this outlet for some last-minute shopping, and it was a disappointing experience. I picked out three outfits, and to my dismay, the pink dress had loose threads around the chest area. The fabric was satin, making these imperfections extremely obvious. I approached a staff member on level 2, who directed me to seek assistance on level 1.
Downstairs, I spoke to a girl named Wendy, or at least I think that's her name; it's hard to recall. I explained the issue and even showed her the defect, but she seemed completely oblivious to it. I asked if she could check their internal stock and was willing to wait. After approximately 10 minutes, she returned with a different size (size S), while I had clearly handed her a size XS. She claimed that it was the only piece available and didn't offer any alternatives or service recovery.
I remembered a similar situation in an Australian H&M store, where I found a dress with a tiny defect, and it happened to be the last piece. The staff there offered to check for stock at other outlets and even provided a 20% discount for the flawed piece. I am disappointed that the service at this outlet is mediocre, and it seems the staff couldn't care less about their customers' concerns. Even when I ended up purchasing the other two outfits, Wendy didn't show any empathy or concern. This was a frustrating shopping experience.

There should be signage placed at the counters on level 1 and 3, at least?
Left the store without purchases. If your workers are too busy, consider self-service kiosk. Its 2025.

the cashier working on 3 April 9.43pm working first floor with curly hair and thick lash extensions was really rude. Gave poor customer service and even threw her phone at my friend. Was very unfriendly and kept giving rude looks at us friends who came along with her. this is a very bad experience for me.

Kids section, hang until so high, how is an average asian mum going to take down if she's interested in buying? It's more than 2 metre high! You have to do some proper adjustments.
Can't get the sizes we wanted. Most displays no more sizes.

Standard h&m experience, clothing are well organized places are clean. Stuff was very helpful and attentive, so far the experience have been really welcoming.

i was assisted by a salesperson named carina, the size i wanted wasn’t on display, she went to the stock room to take for me. i walked around and when i wanted to purchase i told her the shirt has a lipstick stain but it was fine, but she was willing to go up to the stock room again to take another for me. very pleased with her service.
