I went to play Ichibankuji and approached the cashier, an older woman who was a bit chubby. I tried speaking to her but got no response. She simply moved the items aside and opened a cabinet to retrieve the lucky draw tickets. It was clear she struggled to squat down, so we mentioned that the Ichiban Kuji box we wanted was on the second row from the left. However, she repeatedly responded, ‘Can you wait? 可以等吗?’ in a noticeably unfriendly tone. We were just trying to help, so her attitude was uncalled for. Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with the prize either, and it took a long time to receive it. Another staff member had to call for help because the prizes couldn’t be found—they were eventually found underneath some boxes. Overall, the atmosphere felt stressful and disorganized. Very toxic. I’d suggest avoiding this place if possible. The lady who handed me the prizes was kind, which I appreciated. I’d consider coming back, but only if that grumpy cashier isn’t there, as her attitude really affects the experience.

Good selection of stuff for children's parties. Lots of balloons, favors and candles etc.

Good amount of variety of gifts, soft toys, cards and random items that can be used as presents or just to buy something for your friends & family. Bought quite a few cards here for birthdays & writing cards, although some items might be pricier and Daiso might be a better alternative at times.

Overpriced toys that are of inconsistent quality. The expensive range of superhero toys (e.g. Hot Toys) are marked up ridiculously high and given a meager discount for 'members'. Post discounted prices can be as much as $100-200 more than the market rate. Clearly unethical practice. Buyer beware!

There's a sales lady (rebonded hair with her curly hair growing out, plump) who has really bad sales service and is always speaking and showing a face like she doesn't want to be working there. Extremely terrible sales ethic. Do consider giving your staff some re-training to create a better shopping experience.
