Quite a lot of cute merch in this store, enjoyed browsing around as usual. Patronised the store yesterday (1 Oct) in the late afternoon (~4:10pm), was served by staff named Janice (not sure if it's her but this was stated on the receipt), she's a Chinese lady who is in her mid or perhaps late 30s, wearing spectacles, standing at around 160cm, a little on the bigger side. She spoke with a tone that is neither annoyed nor frustrated, but a certain level of unfriendliness was definitely there. Her service was a little turn off to say the least, like if this was your first visit to Gifts Greetings, you would have the impression that this store is not as welcoming as it looks (well the products are, just not some of the staff members), and you may not even wish to return. She looked so grumpy, no smile, nothing at all. This was at 4 in the afternoon, on a weekday, which means that there was absolutely no crowd, no queue and not busy at all.

The staff at Gift Greeting Jem are very friendly and helpful, especially Janice and LC (I heard she’s on maternity leave). I’m not sure why some people have complained about Janice — she’s actually a very nice person.
However, I’d like to raise some feedback about one of the part-timers, a lady who looks to be in her mid-40s. She often just stands around, and whenever I make a payment, I get the feeling that she’s unhappy or that I owe her money. She never smiles, which makes the experience rather unpleasant.
Anyway, kudos to Janice and LC for their hard work — keep it up! 👍

Very good choice of toys and items. Quite interesting collection of action figures. There are also intelligent toys targeted at small children. Some brands and some kinds of toys are completely missing, but, if compared to other toy stores, it is quite 'exhaustive'. Generally it is very crowded.

great place for your gift ideas. its kinda split into two sections here - one for the "typical" gifts like cards, accessories, etc .. and the other, mainly toys and figurines. the action figure collection they have is pretty cool too, with some "hard to get" items - though they aren't always in mint or even near mint condition.
definitely a must visit every now and again.

They have quite a number of pusheen products available. A Nice place to visit for pusheen fans. I heard from the sales assistance that other pusheen merchandises will be in in a week or two. Just in time for the festive seasons. Can't Wait.

Overpriced..charging $20 for a paper box. They do, however, have a good selection of cards and gift decorating items.

I went to the shop to get a lego set of a mushroom. I paid $10 for it. When I went home to build it, it came with a very messy manual and missing parts. I believe that you SHOULD NOT buy from this store unless you want to waste your spare money on something.

I went to this specific outlet today. The first time, I was greeted by a polite staff member. However, when I went back for an exchange, there were two other staff members present. The one at the register counter (the chubbier one) was unnecessarily rude. I wanted to return some balloons that I had purchased because I had bought the wrong quantity. Since I couldn't find the color I was looking for, I went to the register to seek assistance. At first, one of the staff members behind the counter wanted to show me where the item was, but the one at the register told me, "Go find it yourself" and "Go there and choose it yourself." She had no intention of helping me with the item I couldn't find. The tone and attitude I was given were horrible. Please review.

Pre-ordered toy from the website, collected item in a less satisfactory condition, staffs started to being rude and impolite upon asking if possible to exchange. Paid money and to receive this kind of attitude and service..
Have been their regular and do not have these issue in the past. But in recent months, the chances of getting the item in a "not-so-good" condition is rather high. It's also started to make me wonder with the authenticity of certain item, I even heard them talking to source some toys from JB ?
I believe nobody will like to pay money to get something that is not in a good shape. I am talking about "mint-condition", it's not like I am demanding for "perfect" condition. As some toys are meant to be display with the outer box.
Disappointed, and it has been a rather stressful experience to deal with the staffs here.
Nevertheless, I am done.
There are some other alternative in Singapore anyway.
