I would like to commend the exceptional service provided by Michelle, who served me at the shop. She was very friendly, patient, and recommended products that suited my skin. If the products turn out to be good, I will definitely return to the shop, hoping that all the customer representatives are as wonderful as her.

Louren from Fresh outlet in Jem was amazing. Helped me choose the perfect gift for secret Santa. On top of that was kind enough to gift wrap it in the most meaningful way. Thank you so much Louren. Merry Christmas!!!!

Went to redeem sample kit for their new product as I am a member. However, upon entering the shop and stating my intention, the staff immediately claimed that I was here the week before (which was not true). I told the staff to check my member record to verify. She did it reluctantly but apologized shortly after that as she found out she made a mistake (probably mistook me for someone else but doesn't everyone look somewhat similar in masks these days?). My suggestion to management is to send the respective staff for some customer service refreshment course. Bad experience @ Fresh Beauty Kitchen (Jem).

Michelle is a very knowledgeable and professional advisor on the different uses for the individual products. She is most patient with our queries and never shy away from sharing more of her knowledge with us. Message to the management - you have a professional and driven employee. Seems like you have done something good, somewhere and somehow. Keep it up!
