I've been to Fresh in JEM twice since I arrived in Sing 2 months ago. Both times I was assisted by Claire, who is very helpful and personable. She took the time to explain things to me about the products, special offers and the loyalty tiers. I felt comfortable speaking with her. My second trip included a workshop about skincare and the hydration levels of the Fresh Soy Face Cleanser, which is my favourite product. Good to know it really is keeping my skin hydration levels high! On both occasions I was given a drink: tea the first time, a matcha mix and warm water the second time. Excellent customer service and all of the staff are very cheerful and polite I would recommend Fresh products to anyone and this particular store is outstanding. Thank you to all, especially Claire! Michelle is a very patient and helpful staff. She listened to my concern with utmost attention and answer all my doubts. Most importantly, she is not pushy. I feel so comfortable when she is serving me. She’s all smiley and gives off a happy vibe.

I went here for a ‘Fresh Perspective Skincare Workshop’ today and it was so intriguing. I came here with an open mind, not expecting too much from the workshop but i was beyond impressed with the session! I got to learn so much about my skin, how to take care of it, and i got to try out many ‘Fresh’ products. Furthermore, they even gave us tea to drink which i enjoyed a lot. The most memorable part was where Lauren used an example of iodine and the kombucha essence to show about skin oxidation. In the end, i got to bring home a mini night trial kit. Lauren made the session so much more enjoyable and him sharing his experience with ‘Fresh’ products made me understand more about their products! Overall, i enjoyed my experience here and would definitely recommend it to other people :))

The service provided by Agnes was excellent, making it a very pleasant shopping experience. Previously, I always purchased Fresh products in Hong Kong, but this was my first time buying Fresh in Singapore. I will definitely return to this store for future purchases. It was truly wonderful!

I have been shopping at Fresh Jem since the pop up store days, the service level was impressive in the past, you get good advice, personalized service where staffs will help to make the best of your purchases. Despite the changes, I still swear by the only 2 products that I loved and stock up as much as I can for simple reasons, my Jem membership, Fresh points, BD discounts and double points bonuses all happens in December. Today, marks the end of me using Fresh. I am utterly disgusted by the attitudes of the staffs. I walked in today past 9.30pm, there was only one staff in the outlet and I enquired on the promo available as I was keen on the luggage. The staff mentioned 3000 points is required to redeem and I request to check on my points balanc. She kept repeating about no stock for 500points redemption and if I top up next level higher points redemption they have no stock as well. Not sure if she is rushing to close the store she seemed to be in a rush. I had to sternly told her, I just want to know how much I need to top up to get the bags, I am not there to redeem any thing. I am in need to do some purchase to add more points. Another staff walked out of the store room and the other staff asked her about the luggage points redemption and she just blantly mentioned the promo redemption for the luggage is over. I am very disappointed and walked out and will no longer be using Fresh product. I appreciate the service rendered had made me made other better products options.

My friend and I recently attended a skincare workshop and had an absolutely fantastic time, thanks in no small part to Louren! He was incredibly patient and thorough, guiding us through the skincare routine step by step. Louren’s clear explanations and friendly demeanor made the entire experience both enjoyable and educational. We particularly appreciated that he didn’t push us to make any purchases or hard-sell products, which made us feel comfortable and focused on learning. We left with newfound confidence in our skincare knowledge and truly valued Louren’s genuine approach. Highly recommend seeking out Louren if you’re looking for expert guidance and a fun, engaging experience!
