We had a pleasant and delightful shopping experience at Crocs JEM. One of the staff there was very memorable to us and we had good impression on her. The staff, whose name Jia Yian was welcoming and companionable during our visit to the store. She was enthusiastical and informational yet friendly. She provides helpful services and handy advices on the products, which was supportive to us as it solves our hestiation and confusion on the products. We enjoyed the whole shopping experience and definitely will return and look for her as our SA for more purchases.

I recently visited the Crocs store at JEM (L3) and was very impressed with the staff. Specifically, an employee named Xi Zuan went above and beyond to help me find the right size and style. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and their friendly demeanor made my shopping experience a pleasure. I highly recommend this location for her excellent customer service.

I was served by Zi Xuan when I was browsing at Crocs. Although relatively new in the team, she was observant about her surroundings and greeted customers as they came in. I was struggling with designing and fixing the jibbitz in, and Zi Xuan had kindly assisted with designing, she was patient throughout and I didn't feel any of her annoyance or frustration despite having to put in the jibbitz. Despite all these inconveniences, she would still look around the store to see if any customer needed help. What was even amazing was that she could somehow remember what type of jibbitz they have and could also remember where it was being kept. Her thoughtfulness and patience throughout the whole transaction was impeccable, even though she had her mask on, I could feel her sincerity and warmth through her prompt assistance given during the time I was there, one of the best customer services I've experienced. Hope to cross paths again with her!

Awesome staffs, friendly, and tidy! I went to so many crocs store in Singapore to buy charms (those on sale one) but first time i see they divided them into specific themes which make it easier for me to choose! Even though i am buying sale items, the staffs provided me with excellent customer service and such professionalism! Would be happy to patron and support this specific crocs store in the future if i go to the west! 😍😍

I would like to write my experience yesterday at Crocs JEM outlet.
This is my first time purchasing, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful while attending to me and my husband. The female staff was even nice enough to help me decorate me and my daughter's shoes!
Needless to say, I'm very satisfied with the outcome of me and my daughter's shoe and purchase. Highly recommend!!!
