Had a great experience in JEM crocs. The sales assistant (MOON) is very helpful. Been going to JEM crocs a few times. Moon was there to assist and answer your queries. She made purchasing crocs so much easier. She is attentive and prompt in delivering a good service. Payment was seamless and fast too! Do ask for Moon to assist you when you’re in JEM crocs.

Staff at the Jem outlet were very welcoming, especially Moon who helped me pick the correct size and assisted me in arranging the charms. Thank you and will definitely visit again!

Worst shopping experience I had at JEM crocs. Staff approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. I told him no, I would like to take a look around by myself. Just as I was trying out the different sizes, I could feel his presence near me. The next time I wanted to try another pair, he immediately reached out and took it for me, in fear of me spoiling the crocs? I would appreciate if I could be given the privacy of shopping around by myself. Cashier was not very pleasant as well, no thank you no smile throughout the transaction.
