If I can I wouldn’t even want to give a Star! Their service is terrible! I was served by JunJie ( was told that is the name of this guy who hands have tattoo by his lady colleague ). After taking my order, I waited sometimes and those that q infront of me have taken their order and went off. I saw my order, the Pierrier sparking orange series is ready but being put at the side. I waited very long like 10mins after my order is placed at the side as per photo and my order wasn’t called so I went to the reception area and waited and finally JunJie saw me and I pointed at my order, to my horror instead of serving the order to us, he just went off to the kitchen, I saw from the mirror reflection that he is using his hp and later think he clearing rubbish. Obviously he is doing it purposely! I was finally served by another lady (I only saw her name tag first name is 巧） n she don’t even press my order no. Instead she pressed the no. after me which my order is right in front of her and she asked me what is my no. Don’t understand why they don’t serve the drinks to customer after making instead keep just putting at the side, waiting for the ice to melt so that the water level will be higher or will taste better after being diluted? 😏 This is really very unprofessional and rude customer service I had encountered. Further more, at that timing, it wasn’t very crowded. Their management should look into it and re-train their employees.

In my opinion, the best bubble tea shop!😘love the drinks, i always ordered osmanthus oolong tea with passion fruit and sakura konjac jelly. The jelly is so chewy and sweet and the drink is has the right amount of sugar …

The drink was done quickly and it tasted really good. The tea in the drink is strong and fragrant. The flavours blend together very well. The staff were nice too. Worth the money.

Love the Fantasy series so much, had it for multiple times already :) hope this can be permanent in the menu!
