Tried the new released seasonal Hoho buzz tea. Dong Ding Oolong Tea with fresh milk instead of the oat milk tea. Had 50% honey which the sweetness is just nice. The honey taste is quite original, as with the flowery sweetness in it. Staff is quite patient in answering a few questions. Cannot redeem with points for this drink.

Standard Chi Cha bubble tea store. Located at level 1 of Jem Shopping Mall. Service was fast. The staff was friendly and quick. Thankfully, the waiting time wasn’t that long. The whole experience was good. Strongly recommended for people who wanted a good cup of bubble tea.

Taro series is good. But don't let me choose sugar and ice level. Staff is unfriendly.

Ordered Green tea, oat milk with bubble, 50% sweetness. It’s pretty good. Service is relatively fast, quite a lot of delivery order so had to wait a bit before getting my cup

Too many grab orders during lunch time. Orders keep coming in but all physical walk ins have to wait for an hr or more for their drink. Would be good to indicate the waiting time before collecting orders and payment through their machines. Or else we purchase without having an idea that the waiting time is an hr plus

The tea brewed here is incredibly flavourful, and every cup feels thoughtfully prepared. The staff are exceptionally friendly, polite, and always welcoming. Even when the crowd gets heavy, they remain efficient and attentive, doing their very best to ensure orders are both accurate and served promptly so customers never have to wait too long. I’m also impressed by their knowledge and recommendations, they clearly know their teas inside out. Five stars for their wonderful attitude, excellent service, and dedication. As a tea lover, I truly enjoyed the experience and will definitely recommend this place to anyone who appreciates quality tea!

I ordered green tea with lemon juice and bubble, 50% sugar, and less ice and it did not disappoint! The drink was refreshing and healthy tasting, while the boba was perfectly soft and had a good bite, it also featured a noticeable brown sugar flavor. Our server 施婷 was patient and helpful, highly recommend CHICHA San Chen! My drink is the at the left in the photo.
