Nickson was incredibly friendly and helpful. Somewhat hesitantly bought a display luggage since that was the only one left for the color I wanted, and unfortunately realised later there was a defect that was not very visible at first before purchase (partially my fault for not checking thoroughly). Brought it back for exchange and was about to change for another color since that color luggage was the only one left, but Nickson was kind enough to go out of his way to find a new replacement for the same color I wanted from another branch. All I had to do was to come back the day after (I live nearby anyway) and he got me a new luggage.

Sofea is an excellent customer representative. She has an extremely warm personality, communicates with sincerity and has excellent product knowledge. I purchased a Pacsafe urban sling bag and a few other items, and Sofea was patient and full of smiles when she answered all the questions that I had about each of the item. In the process, she showed the value of the product and was able to make it worth the price tag. It’s in the honesty from which she communicated her knowledge, which also showed the depth of her thoughts & experience. There was no hard selling nor was there ignorance of the customers. The same service quality was also accorded to other customers in between my queries. I truly appreciate her assistance and support in assisting me to choose the items that I need. great spot for all your travel needs - especially of the backpack kind. it's kinda small and squeezy inside, but we don't mind cos every space is utilized for whatever they're selling. the backpacks that they stock are really of the good ones - both brands and models. and there is plenty of complimentary travel stuff you need, sold there too.
