Well I couldn't find IMM outlet Google listing so have to pick the closest outlet listing in Jurong. Sim G Xian from IMM was really helpful on my purchase for Klean Kanteen 64oz with accessories and Gill face mask while she's busying with other work. 2 thumb up!

Went to the store today to buy a bag. Wanted to use online voucher but faced some issues. There were two assistants, an auntie and an Indian guy. My 1st time here. I wanna put a review for staff name NICKSON! He very nice to us while answer us about the bag there. Very soft spoken! Always smile to us when he speak! I visited Boarding Gate at Jem today and was served by Sofea. She was very friendly and professional throughout my visit.
