price can be lower than other competitors... i once bought a refill pack of shampoo but when i went over to other shop and see them selling it cheaper i wanted to change it for some other products/ refund they wouldn't let me do it. sigh....

Pricing is competitive but service could be improved. There were two staff on duty and I was the only one in the shop at the time and none of them stopped chatting to attend to me, a potential customer. I found what I needed and when I paid, zero eye contact.
