• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical sales and corporate roles.
• Facilitate structured onboarding programs tailored to a performance-focused, technical environment.
• Support monthly payroll processes and ensure accurate benefits administration.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of HR generalist or full-spectrum HR roles, ideally in high-performance or technical industries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
