Job Description

1. To be able to mix and bake ingredients according to the recipes and to produce

the desired tarts and pastries

2. To be able to identify and clear damaged or expired ingredients and stocks

3. To minimize wastage of ingredients and stocks

4. To evaluate and maintain the quality of ingredients

5. To maintain the standard of the pastry items

Job Requirements

1. Have a good and high standard in health safety and hygiene

2. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary/"O" Level qualification, NiTEC in

any field
