I recently broke my spectacle frame and had a spare on lying around. Went to the JEM branch as it was recommended by a colleague of mine to have my lenses replaces. I was pleasantly surprised that they do replace lenses free of charge. The lense replacement itself took less than 15 minutes. I just want to thank Charlene for being incredibly helpful and quick. Would definitely come back again if I need to buy new spectacles or to have my spectacles fixed. I tend to have issues with my spectacles quite often 😅

Always believe in Zoff, much more comfortable than other brands I tried. Honestly, I tried Lenskart and OWNDAYS the same day, but even the higher price frame are not that comfortable as Zoff’s. The Mickey collection is super cute and case is Mickey pattern as well. Half year of lens warranty and one year for the frame. Really recommend!

i went here for glasses i didnt buy here for minor frame adjustment. Ms Lee did for free and gave me good service.
