I’d like to compliment Albee from Jem for her kind service! She was very sweet and patient in assisting my mum when we visited 3 weeks ago. Thanks to her my mum was able to find a suitable lip shade and even decided to try something new. Albee even helped my mum to try the shade on and remove the previous lip colour she was wearing too. On top of that, Albee’s pleasant disposition made the shopping experience really enjoyable for both of us.

Very bad and arrogant service.. wanted to try the foundation texture, the staff pump small amount like size of an ant. I say pump a bit more because that's too little. She pump same small amount and go . I used to work in cosmetics counter for more that 10 years, and this kind of attitude won't bring any sales due to her judgemental when people dont look like a makeup artist. Please train your staff. Such a shitty experience. I will never go ysl jems again..yucks

I accompany my wife to purchase perfume, Ms Michelle is very friendly and patient, also very professional with the products. She also offered us to engraving on the perfume, we even don’t know that before. Such an awesome person! My wife and I were very impressed with her service. Definitely will back again! She is an asset to the company!

Please do not buy the Rouge Sur Mesure product from them. They sold faulty products. See the pictures for yourself. Tried once and then again. Failed totally. The solution in the cartridge also separates after some time, so doesn’t look like it is of good quality.

Dropped by to purchase a new lipstick today. Was served by sweet Rachel who recommended me some nice shades. She also assisted me in trying the lipsticks and did an engraving on my new lipstick. The experience was really nice and efficient. Will be back to purchase more.
