Qi Ying was really helpful with the recommendation and I selected my choice of lipstick within minutes! Store manager who helped with the engraving was also nice and guiding her step by step! Kudos to the team ❣️ Happy new year to YSL Jem team!

Rachel's service was truly excellent and very professional. The service at the YSL store in Jurong East is far superior to that of the Chanel store in Jurong East. I will definitely purchase more YSL products in the future.
