Today is my birthday , my two close friends are celebrating my birthday in this restaurant. In the middle of our dining time, one of the staff presented me an ice-cream with fruits, chocolate fondue as my birthday present 🎂 They played birthday songs in the radio to me and sings to me too. I was so touched by the staff of their good service and it's a premium service to me. I recommend this dining restaurant for those would like to have a good food, good atmosphere and unforgettable moment with friends here.💕🥰

It's a pretty lively atmosphere and the food here is great! You could really taste the grill! Cultured music taste too (it greatly added to the atmosphere and isn't too loud nor too soft)! Overall, a great place to get a food coma at :DDD

Disappointed with the mains and salad bar. Some sides are always changing and seems to be worse every time I visit. Used to have broccoli and mushrooms a while back, became Brussels sprouts, roasted potatoes. Now its baked beans. I can't believe it. The quality of food here seems to have dropped. The sides were also not refilled even though there were patrons. Disappointing.

I’ve been here twice so far. I’ve ordered the flame grilled chicken with fries before, and it was pretty good. The all-you-can-eat salad bar is pretty worth it. They have a selection of veggies, pasta, fries, fruits, etc. The food overall is decent for the price, and I like to come here when I want some variety. The staff are quite polite, and the place has nice vibes overall. Would recommend to try out the place 👍

We went for lunch there. Place was quite small. Not free seating, they put us at one corner 2 seater. Salad Bar was topped up often too.

The food are nice with unlimited flow of side dishes which are yummy especially mashed potato and dried pasta. The portion is filling.

The staff JAGJIT at XW Western Grill - JEM truly made our afternoon memorable. From the moment we arrived, the host was welcoming and efficient. The waiter mentioned was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, suggesting the perfect meal, and handled a special dietary request with ease. The entire team worked seamlessly, creating a smooth and delightful meal.

Worthwhile all you can eat salad bar! Decent good food for the affordable price you're paying. Place can get a bit crowded (full house) so need to wait in line sometimes
