The store is very well organized and spacious.
You can shop in store and self checkout or pay at the cashier. Or you can order online and pick up in store too.
Quality is always good and the price is reasonable. They have promotions sometimes. Love uniqlo!

Huge shoutout to the Uniqlo team at Jem. I'm a larger size and was worried I'd struggle to find something that fits. I spent around 25 minutes trying on different sizes, but the real game-changer was when an amazing Indian lady (Kanni - i guess right) outside the store helped me out. I told her my size struggles, and she didn't bat an eye - she quickly checked the sizes I tried, recommended a larger size, and even used her device to check availability. When the size still didn't fit quite right, she went above and beyond to find a solution using the Uniqlo app and guided me through the online ordering process. The service was lightning-fast and super helpful. I'm so impressed! I've just placed an online order, and I'm stoked to become a loyal customer. Thanks for making a big guy feel welcome and supported - you guys rock!

Great variety of clothes available, with many affordable options (watch out for sales from time to time)! Not too crowded on a weekend morning as well.
Staff were friendly, especially those helping in the fitting room.
Suggestions (-1 star): Be more eco-friendly by reducing the receipt contents (see my photo for the very long receipt - all for just 1 item). Make it easier for customers to sign up for membership on the check-out counter tablet itself (perhaps by just requiring us to enter our phone number, entering the OTP).

I ordered a pair of jeans and a shirt online for a company dinner and the app suggested size 40 for the jeans. Unfortunately, that size was too big and I went down to Jurong Point store to make an exchange the following day.
Truthfully, I was dissatisfied with the way the Supervisor there handled this issue. He did not seem keen to provide the necessary assistance. He kept insisting the system was not updated and he could not do much. It makes as though it was my problem. He did not want to provide further assistance. He suggested that I do an exchange for other products which I was not keen on.
Finally, I left that store feeling annoyed and furious. I know he could do something but he chose not to.
A few days later, I went to the Uniqlo located at Jem and conveyed my problem to the staff. They showed eagerness in providing me with the help I needed.
They referred me to the supervisor, Mr. Daniel. He was calm in listening and spoke gently to us. He shows positivity in his assistance by taking photos of the receipt and contact no. He came back a few minutes later and told me that there were 2 pcs more available online.
He even assured me he would try his best to get the exchange done.
A few days later, he updated me that he had managed to secure the correct size for me.
He followed up again to inform me that the item was in store and that I could come down for the exchange.
I went down to the store and the staff was pleasant and helpful with the exchange.
Now I have done the exchange and feel so happy about it.
I was impressed with Mr. Daniel's proficient attitude and his optimism to help.
Such action makes a huge difference. As a customer, I feel good and satisfied. I am pleased to meet up with Mr Daniel. It shows that it can be done if one wants to.
The Co should recognize him because he gives the store good vibes. Thank you to Mr Daniel and the staff there for their professionalism.

If Goldlion is a big buck expensive, one can try to go for UNIQLO Singapore's online shopping service called 'Click and Collect' where any online purchases from their online store variety, made before noon on any day of the week except Sunday and Public Holidays, would benefit customers for the same day pickup.
The online store offers a variety of outerwear, accessories and pieces of clothing that anyone can look for from sizes S to 3XL. It comes with specifications including colours and online sales or fares wherever possible. This service is the best I have used so far and patronising it isn't a very regrettable thing because you can return it so long as it is within 30 days and it is in its original state.

A great place to shop for affordable, quality clothes for the whole family. The t-shirts are so comfy and feel so good on the skin. There is also a decent range of trendy and quality sports wear for women. Their bargain/special offer corners are also a must to explore.

I must really compliment Danish who is working in this Jem outlet,I am very amazed for his well versed knowledge on the winter clothing sold in Uniqlo cause he literally know which clothing to wear and best part is he can direct me to the exact compartment to look for when I told him I am looking for 15-19 degree celsius weather n I told him I will be going to Osaka in Nov and he immediately can tell me that in the evening the weather will turn cold so itβs best to wear heat tech n the range of inner wear to match the heat tech.
Honestly I must say for him to react in such a fast and efficient reply on a question which I ask him randomly out of nowhere, he must be very hardworking, take his work very seriously if not he wouldnβt have known the compartment so well henceforth especially when this outlet is so big and yet he takes this effort to show me where to find the right clothing for my Japan trip,I must admit I am very grateful for his help cause if not it will waste so much of my time to go find which clothing to wear and where exactly to find for the correct outfit.
So any MANAGER who is in charge of Uniqlo JEM outlet,I would want him to get REWARDED for his effort and going the extra mile to serve customers, henceforth kindly give him a PAY RAISE AND PROMOTION as such a versatile and nice staff is really very hard to find in retail stores now already thus as a manager of Jem outlet, you really should COMPLIMENT and also RECOGNISE for his HARD WORK!!!!

Past 4 weeks, wore Black ones for work in SG, absolutely divine, never felt warm & uncomfortable during to & from under 4hrs of commute & at work.....a/c & non-a/c environment.
Still looking smart after 12 hours of wear.
