Everything is well just that the store doesn’t have nets qr payment. If there is no nets qr they should let customers know rather than holding up the line because I have to take out my wallet and search for my physical card, if I wanted to pay by paywave I would have made payment by my own and not make payment at the counter.

This morning, between around 10:20 to 10:30, I had a very unpleasant experience in the fitting room. One of the female staff members had a very bad attitude. When I first brought some clothes to the fitting room, she took the hangers from me with a very unfriendly expression. After I finished trying on the clothes and returned the basket, she slammed it onto the counter forcefully. When I asked if there was any problem, she responded in a very unfriendly manner. I have shopped at this Uniqlo many times, and none of the other staff have ever had such an attitude. If you have any problems just quit. Don’t waste your time lol

I was at uniqlo this evening 1 April 2025 to buy a Pufftech Parka. As i was undediced to buy the S or M size. A staff by the name Daniel Huang came to help me. He asked me to try on both sizes to see which suits me better. I asked him how warm can this Parka can keep me warm to what degrees. He ask which country and when am i going. He immediately google to check for me. I was very impressed and thankful for his advice. His service is excellant and even going the extra miles to check. Hope to see more staffs like him. He is a jem at uniqlo. Will sure to shop more at Uniqlo Jem again. Thank you so much Daniel Huang👍👍💯👏👏
