We had a wonderful meal at Tsui Wah (Jem) on 09/11/25... We ordered a Steamed Rice with BBQ Pork and Scrambled Egg, Baked Spaghetti Bolognese. Food is super yummy 🤤🤤🤤 Atmosphere is great and last but not least, service is excellent!!! My husband accidentally toppled down his beverage...one of the staff helped with the cleaning almost immediately!!! His reaction is lightning fast...Kudos to JOE! Thumbs up! Die die must try!

Lovely tea-time experience at Tsui Wah @ JEM! 🫖 The luncheon fries were crispy and addictive, HK milk tea smooth and rich, and the lemon honey drink so refreshing. Great spot for authentic Hong Kong café vibes in Jurong! 🇭🇰✨

I was surprised at how packed the place was at 9.30am on a Monday (though it was a school holiday).
Tried their breakfast set D ($7.3++) and polo bun with char siew ($3.8++). The set was decent though pricey but the polo bun was really disappointing because it had very little fillings.
The manager serving could certainly be much friendlier.

Kagoshima Pork Cartilage with Mixian was great as the soup is tasty and different and noodle was great.
The tangy feel of the wonton with shrimp and noodle was great and preferred choice of noodle.
Tsui Wah signature pork chop was great as the pork chop taste great and highly recommend.
Milk tea hot was tasty with different feel or felt like teh-c kosong.
Egg tart was not as tasty as expected as it was not fragrant and not sweet enough.

My regular weekend breakfast @ Jem Tsui Wah. Kenny, Joe, Peggy always cordially welcoming us diners to the table and the crew members serving our orders hot & fresh from the kitchen. The menu is excellent and the prices are affordable. Food is consistently yummy and never disappoints. The restaurant is always very clean no matter how busy and it shows the team really puts in all efforts to provide a clean and hygienic dining environment.
Thank you Team Jem for your excellent customer service and providing a clean, comfortable and high quality dining experience.

They offer fantastic Hong Kong-style comfort food in a cozy setting. The BBQ Pork and Scrambled Egg Rice is always a hit, and the portions are generous. The service is efficient, and the food is consistently delicious. It's a great spot for a casual meal. If you're a fan of Hong Kong cuisine, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Still quite good, char siew AVG, felt like their meats lack a bit of flavour, Kagoshima pork ribs tender and flavourful and otherwise execution was good

Tsui Wah is a restaurant that always seems to have a consistent queue, and after trying it, I can understand why. It does feel somewhat like a typical Hong Kong-Western restaurant which you can probably find along the streets of Hong Kong.
Is any of it mind blowing? Not really. But each dish is somewhat decent in terms of taste, which is typical of a restaurant that offers such a large variety of dishes. Nothing really stands out, but that’s not always a bad thing.
Ambience can be a tad bit noisy, but if you’re coming here with friends and family, the large variety of food offerings will probably keep everyone somewhat satisfied.

A chain restaurant serving Hong Kong cuisine. Seems to be long queue & they don’t take reservation. So happened walk pass without queue and have table right away, so giving it a try. Ordered sweet sour prawn, char siew, dried noodle with wonton soup, mala chicken mixian, and radish soup. Food was great and good selections they offered. Service level is acceptable, very efficient. They seem to offer pretty good deal for breakfast set and tea time set, will come back again to try those. :)
