Tea is authentic HK style. Daily breakfast meal, somewhat worth it. Continental breakfast is not salmon anymore, what a downsize But when the staff clears other tables they throw the metal crockery into the tub nosily, disturbing my meal.

Egg Luncheon Meat Polo Bun ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) – Crispy, fluffy bun with a tasty filling. Absolutely worth ordering. Hong Kong-style Tea ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) – Smooth and fragrant, a nice balance. Coffee ⭐⭐⭐☆ (3/5) – Average, nothing too special. Curry Prata ⭐⭐⭐☆ (3/5) – Flavorful but portion feels small for the price. Ambience ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) – Comfortable and casual HK café vibes. Value for Money ⭐⭐⭐☆ (3/5) – Some items worth it, but others on the pricier side. Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (3.8/5)

My family and I had a pretty decent experience at 翠華 TSUI WAH - Jem. The food was quite good and reasonably priced. My daughter loved the fried rice with pork chop, and I thought the pork chop was actually better than what you get at DTF these days. The noodles from my wanton noodles were fantastic—perfectly springy with a nice bite. The wanton soup was tasty too, but it was unexpectedly spicy, probably due to the amount of pepper used. It would have been helpful if it were marked as spicy on the menu, as some customers might not expect it. The service was a bit off, though. The timing was strange—my wife and daughter got their meals really quickly, while my wanton noodles took much longer to arrive. I had to approach the wait staff after they were nearly done with their meal, and it took about 10 more minutes before my order came. On top of that, we couldn’t even order via the QR code right away because the table before us was still in the process of paying. Despite these issues, I’d return to try more items on the menu.

Breakfast sets were great deal. Portion was good, worth eating. Their other dishes were nice too. Service staff were mostly friendly, especially Mr Joe who is always nice and helpful.

Came around 11am on a Saturday with family. Expected some waiting time and delay in service due to weekend crowd, but waiting time and meal delivery was pretty short (about 15 mins). Service was good as the staff were ready to answer queries despite being busy. Fried rice was a bit bland and coffee wasn’t as nice as tea. But the wanton noodle and curry pork chop cutlet were lovely 👍
