If you can't have your customer to feel for cards, please inform beforehand. I had browsed through the packs without issue on 1st and 2nd trips but was only informed on my 3rd trip by the same staff who attended to me previously. Surely you can be consistent on the service level. Back to buying from Shopee!

The staffs recently are very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. Totally not have any standard. Very disappointing experience at there. They just know how to keep chatting among themselves, play their phone and wasting time whole day, can earn easy money. If cant give good service, better go home sleep. If still can rate other option, I will rate it 0 star or even negative star.

Friendly staff that are hardworking and are willing to go the distance to assist you with your needs. Located at level 4 they are pretty well stocked for most popular games and consoles. Retain the old school video games store flavour amidst competition from players like courts n challenger

honestly, terrible attitude from one of the male staff. wanted to buy pokemon tcg booster packs (which r overpriced at this store, i knew that yet wanted to try my luck). two male staff members were there and i asked for the booster packs. only 3 left in the booster box so i asked if there was a larger pool to choose from. so one of them opened another booster box and i starting choosing the packs i wanted to get. ofc i took a little while just picking them bc i wanted to choose my “lucky” packs. man really said “no weighing, we got cctv” when i was simply feeling the packs with my bare hands. do u think i was able to differentiate 0.01g with my bare hands? lol and right after i chose all my packs i wanted, in which i left out 2 out of 3 from the previous booster box, the man then said i had to get them as well because “it wont be fair to the other customers”. if its truly random and unfiltered, why would it be unfair to other customers if i didnt buy 2/3 of the remaining packs from the previous booster box? i dont quite understand that logic nor was i in the mood to ask/argue hence i just bought those two. but overall overpriced cards and seems like you cant even choose your packs as they would just think you are “weighing” them. and mind you, the whole time i was choosing my packs, both staff were standing right in front of me watching me pick. i felt so much discomfort and frustration.

Went into the shop on a non busy week day noon , asked the staff about specific tcg booster box that was release recently is it on sale , the staff says no stock sold out .. so I asked her but can at least can I know how much was the price of it ? Stuff says she doesn’t know the price .. didn’t even bother to check from the system .. just simply can’t be bothered I guess ?
