Having a few knowledge about watches, SA Jack (Tissot JEM) thoroughly explained to us (my husband and I) about the watches that we liked! He’s very accommodating and letting us try different pieces. It was our first time getting automatic watches, and he was very diligent in sharing all the information that we need to know. We were also assisted by his colleague (forgot to ask the name), as she’s accommodating as well. We ended up getting two watches :)
