I got the truffle chicken sandwich (the other half is in the bag) and an Earl Grey hot tea. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, and I’ve missed Tim Hortons ever since I came back from Canada. The menu is different from the local one, but it’s nice to try!

This cafe has been in my mind since I found several branches a few years ago and I finally had opportunity to visit.
It’s like cafe style donuts shop and wide variety of donuts, specially Maple glaze donut flavoured with maple syrup is delicious!
Besides, it was impressive to see maple leaf, the symbol mark of Canada anywhere like on the plates, the table that informing they are from Canada at first glance.
The only disappointment was that it took about 20 minutes for the coffee and donuts I ordered to arrive.
I’m not sure but it’s Canadian time?😂

Nice place to sit and relax over a cuppa and pastry. While it's a bit pricey, the doughnuts we tried were delicious.

Great place to hang out and chill, with yummy beverages and sweets! I particularly love their donuts, nice flavor options and yummy! Environment is nice and definitely fabulous for catching up with friends.

Generally the staff in attendance are very prompt and courteous. Your staff Mr. Anson is very kind and polite. As a partially disabled person, Mr ansons assistance is very much appreciated. Tim hortons is fortunate to have such a good employee in your organisation. By the way, tim horton is my preferred coffee house!! All the best to TH!!!

This morning, a young male staff gave me less than cup full where my finger is for my order. I had to tell him to add ice to my order to increase the amount. Other occasions, my orders were good.

Belgian chocolate looks pale and tastes diluted. Doesn’t taste like chocolate at all. Salted caramel iced capp tasted like vanilla. Spoke to service staff but they weren’t helpful either. Tray return point where the straws and serviettes are is also dirty and untidy. Only 5 tables were occupied btw on a sunday at 8pm. Worst outlet!

Had a terrible experience earlier this morning at 11am. Wanted to place an order for a truffle chicken sandwich but was told off rudely by the waiter to self order from the machine. The option to order for the sandwich was written "stock unavailable" so I proceeded to ask the waiter if the item is unavailable or could be ordered at a certain time. He answered back rudely that he had many orders to attend to and I had to wait for him. I am fine with waiting, but there is no need to answer with so much hostility. Because of his rudeness I decided to leave the cafe without placing my order. Please look into your staff. It is a Malay plump man and bald headed. I did not get his name.

Very bad experience- it was not easy to operate the digital kiosk and when the next impatient customer asked to be served by the counter, they just served the next person first without helping first to settle our order which we were trying hard to place and use the vouchers from the app. I thought the staff should have took our order first. Worst still, after the order was placed, we waited a long time and seeing that so many people after us got their order already, we approached the staff only to realise the system did not even capture our order. They then hurriedly made our iced capp French vanilla which tasted just like v diluted ice blended vanilla with no coffee... the return tray counter was also filled with dirty trays and cups and there was no water at all to drink. I think staff was trying their best and looked like they were overwhelmed when we ask if can top up the water.. maybe should look into putting more staff on weekends.. and doing away with the digital ordering kiosk since it doesnt even work?! This outlet honestly used to be better, with water, better service and good coffee. I don't know what happened but we wil likely not ever be going back to this outlet again
