Had a pleasant experience throughout, Geraldine the receptionist/nurse welcomed us kindly and we settled our registration quite quickly. There was only 1 patient before us and we waited about 45mins or so to enter. Dr. Tan was very gentle and addressed all our concerns well - overall he was also very patient and listened to us too. He offered alternatives and provided good advice.

Followed Dr Tan (Thomson Jem) for 3 deliveries. Always comfortable with him and trust his expertise. Comfortable with the service provided as well. Nurse Grace is also always so patient and bubbly around patients. Thank you Dr Tan and Grace for the service!

I have been visiting Thomson Women's Clinic since 2022 for my irregular menses. Dr Tan is a very experienced doctor and always gives helpful suggestions during my regular checkup. The nurse/ receptionist, Grace always welcome the patients with her big smile, the enthusiasm that she has for her job brings joys to us! The clinic is always filled with patients and if you are keen to visit Dr Tan, do give it a try. Good things are always worth the wait.

"This was my first time visiting this clinic, and the staff were very friendly. Geraldine guided me through all the registration matters, and Grace was very supportive in making sure I was comfortable before my examination. She was patient and friendly, and her service was indeed awesome. Dr. Tan was excellent in providing information regarding my situation and offered many helpful options. I told Dr. Tan that I will continue to have my examinations with him and his clinic. They are a great team, and I am confident in entrusting my health to them."

Had a very good pregnancy journey experience with Dr Tan which provided professional advise and provided us assurance to our concerns that we have during the journey. Clinic staff are also very nice and friendly that will always welcome us to the clinic with a great smile which makes our visits very pleasant! The best gynae I ever work with. Dr Tan, Grace & Geraldine were excellent in service and professional with providing treatment and solutions for me. Highly recommend anyone who needs gynecology service to engage them. Oh yes, the clinic is very comfortable too.

I truly cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Tan Lick's team, Grace, and Geraldine. They are truly a specialized team. Excellent care, attentive to detail, and addressing every necessary aspect.
My baby was born in great health, with a healthy weight. From start to finish, I felt well cared for and supported. I am generally a very nervous person, but I felt such warmth and reassurance from everyone.

Had a wonderful pregnancy journey accompany my wife from all her scans to deliver.
