Dr Tan provide professional service and honest medical advices to us during the pregnancy and child birth process. Nurse Grace always serve us with smile and always give us prompt head ups whenever there is emergency cases to prevent long waiting time for checkups. Overall experience has been great and the team has dedicated their effort and passion in the work they do best 😊👍

Dr. Tan delivered my 3 kids, I think that says a lot about how happy we are with him as our Gynaecologist. Dr. Tan always lists all available options and possible outcomes and then leaves the final decision to the patient. Some people might find that by doing so, he is scaring patients with the worst-case scenario. But think about it, how is it better if Dr. Tan doesn't educate you on it? What if it just so happens to be the worst case? You would probably say that he was unprofessional and did not warn you about it. Looking at it another way, Dr. Tan is very experienced and knowledgeable that he is immediately able to tell patients all the possibilities. It assured us that he knows his stuff well, and we can literally put the lives of our family in his good hands and relax. Aside from Dr. Tan, Nurse Grace is very friendly and competent, while Geraldine is very meticulous. Overall, we had very pleasing experiences, and I strongly recommend Dr. Tan!

Before visiting the clinic, I recommend checking the reviews sorted by the lowest ratings first. Those seem to be the most truthful. Looking back now, I find myself agreeing with thoes lowest rating reviews. The doctor is friendly, but they push unnecessary treatments. Simple dressing to the surgical site cost over $100 +consultation+ etc ended up $500. Most importantly, despite making an appointment every time, I always end up waiting for more than an hour. Last time, I had to wait for 1 hour and 40 minutes. This time, when they told me to wait again, I asked why I always had to wait despite having an appointment. Their response was, “Everyone else made an appointment too. You’re not the only one waiting.” I canceled my appointment and switched to another clinic. I hope everyone becomes aware of this.

Great doctor and excellent team. Very lucky to have Dr Tan as my gynae and had a pleasant experience throughout my pregnancy. The team is very professional. I love Grace’s care, patience and lovely smile. Thanks Geraldine’s encouragement and advice of parenthood. Once again, thanks team for everything!
