I went in to have a look at their new items. I ended up buying 6 items. There was only 1 officer. There were about 4 customers so naturally I would have to wait for him to attend to others before I could ask for his help. He's polite and nice. I love their products but I hope Body shop can hire at least 2 staffs? Make it more manageable for the staffs and pleasant for the customers. 👍

Thought I could shop happily at The Body Shop Jem outlet today. Unfortunately the service standard of the staffs here is worst!!! ... gonna be my first and last to shop here. I have no choice but to click on the 1 star just so that I could give a review. Else, it's gonna be a negative for them. Beauty Shop with NO Heart at all!... duh! ... 😡😡😡

The staff aren't very knowledgeable here unlike some of the ones in town. They hover a lot and try to assist but often when you ask about the products they just give an extremely vague description. It's a nice place though and I already know what I want, so it isn't too much of an issue for me

1st time to Jem Bodyshop.Usually I will buy at Clementi or Cck.I knew what I wanted so it was a quick shopping breeze for me.Staff was polite.Small outlet and only 1 staff.

Me: "hi, how much is this item?", Sales lady replied "10". And walked away. What kind of service is this. She wasn't even busy. Walked away and stood somewhere else in the shop. Would have given negative star.
