Walked into the outlet to get one of my earrings from them fixed. Staff were friendly. KITTY assisted us as we peruse the store. We liked that she gave us space to look and try and make decision. She didn’t hover around or put pressure on us. Will recommend to whoever is interested in affordable jewelry for daily wear.

Had a great experience at taka jewellery. Met with an amazingly patient sales representative named Kai. He helped us go through so many ring designs and bracelet designs. Helped us with suggestions and insights. Even educated us about some designs which are very rare. He seemed to have a good grasp of diamonds and jewellery designs and whats in and whats out. Would highly recommend shopping here through him.
