⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic beef udon — must-try! Dropped by Sushi Tei at Jem and was seriously impressed. The beef udon was excellent — tender beef, rich, flavorful broth, and perfectly chewy noodles. Easily one of the best I’ve had! The restaurant has a clean, modern vibe, cosy booths, and friendly and efficient service. It's a great spot for a comforting Japanese meal. Highly recommended!

The dinning experience at Jem Sushi Tei is pretty enjoyable. Starting with the food....ingredients are fresh and delicious. Even the plain japanese rice is nice.... That is how good the quality is. Customer service is impressive. I was asking my wife for servette and the female staff seem to hear it. She brought us a good stack for our family usage. Even at check out, was told of a good deal to sign up or renew as member. A good dinning experience is always not just about food. Good service place customer in positive mood for an exceptional dinning experience. We had such a good family time. Glad to spend it at Sushi Tei.

It's been a long while since I patronize Sushi Tei. The dining experience was great - fresh delicious dishes, excellent service. Will be back soon for another enjoyable Japanese meal 👍

I've been patronising Sushi Teh for many years, and I must say their service has consistently been excellent, with food that never disappoints. This branch is no exception—the service crew were friendly, and drinks were topped up regularly. While the food isn't over-the-top gourmet, it definitely delivers beyond its price point. It's a reliable, can't-go-wrong kind of place to dine.

Excellent quality of sushi at this newly renovated outlet, we have been patrons here at this outlet for some years and it never disappoints. Highly recommend. Special mention to Nicole for such wonderful and warm attentive service.

The standard of sushi tei has been consistently good all these years. I used to queue theog queue at Vivo and at Far East Square. Now they are everywhere. I like the new item pork cheek rice. Very well done

We all know the Singapore F&B business is challenging, but Sushi Tei, please at least be worth your salt. Their management attitude, IT solution, business practices (making front-line staff cover for IT shortfall), and staff training/morale are disappointing. I would love to support a local brand, but during the last three visits, the repeated operational and IT issues that customers have to face, coupled with the front-line staff's attitude of ownership and ability to resolve problems, left much to be desired. Sushi Tei used to say “You need to innovate and give customers a reason to return.” Get your fundamentals right, first! I am not sure if there is a reason to return other than the old nostalgic memories.

Sushi Tei at Westgate has definitely changed since the renovation — the space now looks bigger and much brighter, which is a nice update. However, the service has taken a noticeable dip. Even at the start of opening hours, staff were still seated and only got moving when the manager showed up. At one point, plates were literally thrown onto the table, making a loud bang — not quite the welcome you’d expect. That said, the food quality has remained consistent — still tasty, though portions are on the small side and prices are on the higher end. The biggest reason I’d still come back? My fussy little one enjoys the food here, and that’s saying something. So while it’s not perfect, it remains on our list for family meals… for now.

Greatly disappointed with Sushi Tei. We ordered a spicy miso udon for takeaway, but instead received ramen. We double-checked the receipt to ensure the order wasn’t taken down wrongly, and it wasn’t.

We came for early dinner at 4+.. The place was practically empty.. The food came almost Immediately after we placed order. The sashimi salad seems to have v little sashimi nowadays.. 😂😂😂. The chicken karaage is v crispy on the outside yet tender and juicy inside. The ramen has a generous fat portion of pork. Salmon miso soup also has a good amount of fatty salmon chunks.. Sushi tei really serves high standard quality jap food 🙂🙂🙂. It is still my favourite japanese restaurants
