Food is decent, family friendly option. Wide variety of dishes to select from. Recently renovated, it’s now bright with light colored furniture with a change of Layout. Usually full house during lunch, staff will need some time to provide service.

Nice ambience after renovation. My family always enjoyed dining at Sushi Tei Jem. Food are nice and reasonable price. Today my daughter & I met Asst Manager, Nicole Lai. We have met her a few times when we visited. She is very approachable & provide excellent service to customers. Make us feel like to return for both food n her service. Keep it up.

Sushi Tei has never fail us. On food wise it is always good. Sometime the thing that gets lesser star is due to service or atmosphere. Suggest the tray for discarding used item be far away from customers eyes and not make a lot of noise for discarding. Mar 25, after a long time decided to visit ST at Jem, the place has just been renovated and the interior look good. The food was V good, we order 6-7 items and it comes one after another thus food is still warm. The server for drink were excellent come top up green tea and collect the empty plates. The issue is the cashier doesn’t know about the NSLife SG credit thus unable to pay as she claim ST don’t have PAYNOW services. This is a very big surprise to me that a big ST don’t go inline with our SG Govt initiative. Btw it is not worth orders the dessert comparing pricing and taste.

The restaurant was recently renovated. Great japanese restaurant. Fresh sashimi. Great don and sukiyaki. Salmon rolls are my favorite. Tried the steak once but didn't like the cut, which was a bit hard.

I enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the sushi restaurant, savoring every bite of the delicious food. I had made a special request beforehand, asking if they could arrange a birthday cake for the celebration. Everything went so smoothly, and the staff, especially Yenny who assisted with the cake, did an amazing job! It was such a memorable and delightful experience, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. The birthday celebration was a complete success!
