Went in to switch my helix and they told me it was fine if I switched to a normal lobe earring? Stupidly listened and since my ear has been infected and now my helix hole has closed up to small to wear my normal helix earring. Do not recommend. Clearly have no knowledge about proper earring care.

My old piercing on 1 of my ear lobe has closed so I went to stellar to ask about their piercing service. I have been holding off on re-piercing my ear for the longest time as I have VERY sensitive ear and is allergic to most earrings, even the ones labelled as hypoallergenic. Ting and Annie helped to answer my enquiries and addressed my concern on having sensitive ears and advised me to get the correct type of material that suits my ears. I ended up re-piercing my ear and had another unplanned Helix piercing which I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! It was 1 of the best 'impulse' decision to get my helix pierced, I've always thought it would be a painful area but much to my surprise, it is even less painful than getting my lobe pierced. I even had to ask if the piercing is done as it is almost painless! They took great care and details in making sure the location was marked accurately before piercing and were also detailed in telling me about the process to give me more assurance which makes me less anxious! The whole process was just so professional and pleasant which is probably why kids have no problem at all getting their ears pierced due to their very experienced care and skills! Thank you for the excellent service and for giving me confidence to wear earrings again!
