Got my ears pierced for the first time, and Annie explained everything to me with clarity. I got a bit lightheaded after my ears were pierced, but she was really accomodating and kind. Would definitely recommend coming here for piercing.

Mixed reviews here. 5⭐️ for the main piercer (Ting Ting I'm not wrong, as it's the name of piercer stated in a form filled.) 0⭐️ for the co-piercer. Did simultaneous piercing for my daughter and the co-piercer MISSED the spot! This resulted in my already traumatised daughter have to go through taking out of new piercing AND REpiercing of the SAME ear. Hopefully there will be no infection. I did not pay $295 for pain and more pain.

We had such a wonderful experience with Bess and Tamie. My daughter was a little nervous, but they were very patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the whole process. Everything was clean, professional, and done with great care. My daughter felt comfortable and left with a big smile on her face. Thank you!!

My experince was super here! I cant express how I feel relieved. I came here after my upper earlobe swollen. FYI, i dont do the piercing here. I did my upper earlobe piercing with a gun somewhere else, like 3 months ago and it got swollen suddenly 2-3 days ago and today my stud was 80% embedded on the front. TingTing and her colleague attended to me professionallly and explain to me on my case. SUPRISINGLY, they both manage to remove my stud without having throbbing pain. My stuf was remove from behind yah not infront like a normal case. Then they insert a new long stud. I thought there will be slight pain, but apparently, NO. I really had a good experienced here. They really know their stuff.

Ting Ting helped me with my piercings. My helix was painless and my second earlobe piercing was not so painful. She took her time explaining the aftercare and was very accommodating. Will come back again:)
