The lady at the counter was very polite and friendly to all the customers including myself. I hope I have spelt her name correctly, should be Ms Hamizah. She attended to my questions about purchasing beverages using my Starbucks card and helped me with my order very professionally and warmly. I stood at the side watching her while waiting for my order, she was very sweet and polite and calmly answers all questions. Well done and thank you Hamizah, keep up your great work! It’s indeed a rare sight in F&B these days.

I had a great experience at Starbucks recently, thanks to the excellent service from Hamizah at the cashier. She was friendly, efficient, and had a warm, welcoming smile that made my visit even better. Hamizah handled my order quickly and accurately, and she made sure to ask if I wanted any customizations, which I appreciated. It’s always refreshing to be greeted by someone who clearly enjoys their job and treats customers with genuine kindness. Keep up the great work, Hamizah!

Ordered Matcha with less ice, paid $9.5 for a venti and look at the ice that they have given me. More than half of the glass is ICE. Why steal money for ICE ? Pathetic loot

Bought pumpkin spice frappe on what’s good on Wednesday 2-8pm 1for1 venti drinks. Very sweet with Christmassy spices. Really icy cold and refreshing. And the whipped cream makes the drink super creamy smooth. Worth trying. The cafe is packed with customers using desktop eqmt but it’s still a nice place to hang out with friends.
