Your IVR is not working, no matter what selection I made for my NRIC, it’s ridiculous. Even if you want to contain your customers in IVR, at least build one that helps. No options to go to a human as well when nothing in the IVR can help.

After 25 years of impeccable credit record (based on Singapore Credit Bureau rating) & as a Stanchart Priority Banking customer, decided to end my relationship with them. The bank refused to waiver annual fee, no reason given. Customer service is unhelpful & non-existent. Will consolidate my spending with the superior card services of DBS & Amex cards instead. Reading the other poor reviews here, I am even more convinced I made the right move!

Terrible experience to open an account. Waiting for more than 40mins just 1 customer ahead. No instructor, no explanation, poor service. Everybody looks busy while have no idea what they are busy at. Such a waste of time.

HSBC raises income requirement for new credit card applications in S’pore to $65,000 , if you're not here to serve the nation. Close down and give away your banking license. We don't need banks that increase the gap between rich and poor in singapore
